Cardio Challenge is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive.  Using a heigh-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors.  Cardio blocks puts fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Body Pump

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  Great music , awesome instructors and your choise of weight amounts inpire you to get the results you come for and fast.

Empire Barre

Barre is the combination of pilates, orthopedic stretching and Yoga, with influence from different dance eras.  Barre increases your strength, metabolism and balance.

Hip-Hop Dance

Hip-Hop Dance class is a combination of Dancing and Aerobic exercise, set to the latest in American Hip-Hop music!  We start with warm up songs and gradually pick up the pace. We normally take 7,000 steps, which is equivalent to 3.5 miles of dancing!

Body Attack

Body Combat

Body Combat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed.  This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taek wondo, tai chi and muay thai.

Empire Spin

Empire Spin is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music.  Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trails, and interval training.  Discover your athlete within and sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Empire Yoga and Yoga Flow

This practice emphasizes proper alignment and sequencing to develop mobility, strength, flexibility, and stability.  In Yoga Flow, “Vinyasa” is the alignment of breath and movement.  This relationship turns static asanas or poses into dynamic movements called “flow”.  The connection of the breath and movements heats the body internally and builds strength in the breath and the body.
