Are you on your high school swim team or a professional athlete? Are you a coach that wants to take their team to a higher level? Every sport is different and requires specific training. We also focus on mental skills training to help you have the leading edge over the competition.
Any youth speed and strength training program must be executed safely and by professionals. Empire / CrossFit Madison are all credentialed CrossFit coaches. Our program is designed to improve speed, agility, strength, power, balance, coordination and conditioning during every session. They’ll also build their confidence and learn how to prevent injuries.
