BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Empire Yoga and Barre

Slow down and focus with a variety of mind body disciplines and restorative stretching that will help you find inner calmness, strength and peace.

Empire Dance

Dance your way to better fitness! From HIP HOP to ZUMBA, these classes will BURN CALORIES you didn’t even know you had!  Feel the beat, move your feet and make some heat on the Empire Dance Floor!  Dance to the latest and greatest top 40 Pop and Hip Hop hits!


LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results!  Empire Spin is a 60 minute full-body workout that blasts calories, scorches fat and leaves you on an endorphin high. The thumping beats will motivate you to work harder than you ever imagined you could! A rock concert on Wheels!


BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class. No experience needed!
